Kia sales report through September 2017

The September sales numbers are in. Kia has released its sales report as we are now in the final quarter of the year. Through the first three quarters, the sales numbers have been impressive, and September’s numbers outpaced those in 2016. Thinking of buying a Kia? Best-selling Kia models

You’ve probably seen the ads for the Kia Soul or Kia Sorento, but how effective are those commercials? How do they affect the actual sales of those models? Kia’s 2017 ¾ sales report is in, so without further ado, here are the top five-selling Kia models through September 2017.

There you have it. The Forte is Kia’s best-selling model so far in 2017, but the Soul is a very close second. As you can see, SUVs like the Sorento and the Sportage rank in Kia’s top five as well as the compact crossover Soul, and sedans in the Forte and Optima. Due to the variety of successful models, consumers can infer that Kia has done well at manufacturing and marketing all types of vehicles, and their sales numbers reflect that.

2017 Kia Forte pricing

Now that you know the Forte is Kia’s most successful car of year so far, you might want to know more about its pricing. Since the 2018 model has yet to be released, we will cover the 2017 version. Starting at just $16,600, the 2017 Kia Forte LX sedan is one of the most affordable in its class. If you prefer something a little different, the LX hatchback will bump you up to $18,200. Move up to the S trim (sedan) and you will be looking at a price tag of $19,300. The EX sedan starts at just a tick above $21,000, while the hatchback version comes in at $22,100. The highest level, the SX hatchback starts at an MSRP of $26,000.
