Best gifts for Dad on Father’s Day 2018

The old stereotype is that Dad is hard to shop for. You ask him what he wants and all he says is “I don’t care,” or “nothing.” Thanks, Pops, that helps. Perhaps your dad is easier to shop for and you already know what you want to get for him. If that’s the case, carry on. If not, however, we are here to help as much as we can. Check out some of our ideas below if you are having trouble deciding what to get for Dad.

Ideas for Father’s Day 2018 gifts

Tickets

It’s true that experiences are much more valuable than tangible items. While a ticket is absolutely a tangible item, the event that the ticket will get your dad into is what counts. Is he a baseball fan? Get a couple tickets to a Dodgers or Angels game and take Pops to the ballpark. Is there a concert coming up that you know he would love? Splurge and get the tickets! Tickets are usually expensive, so if you’re on a budget, don’t feel like you have to go all out.

Personalized pub glasses

Does Dad love his beer? Give him a special drinking device. Most specialty gift or engraving shops will have glasses available for customization. How cool would it be to have a set of beer glasses with “Mike’s Brewing Co.” (or whatever you dad’s name is) on them? We’re sure Dad will appreciate it.

Golf equipment

Almost every dad plays golf. At least it seems that way. How about some personalized golf markers? A new driver? Heck, they even make golf flasks that hold tees. There are so many things you can do with golf equipment and Dad might just be wowed if you find the right gift. Check out local sporting goods retailers or follow this link for more ideas.

This is obviously just a shortlist to get some creative juices flowing. Share some of your other ideas in the comments below!
