What engine does the 2020 Kia Sportage have? 

There are two different engine options available for the 2020 Sportage. The base engine comes on the LX, S, and EX trim levels. These models all come fitted with 181-horsepower, 2.4-liter inline four-cylinder engine that puts out 175 lb.-ft. of torque. The top-of-the-line SX trim comes with a more potent 2.0-liter I-4 engine that is turbocharged and powered by 240 horses. This engine produces 260 lb.-ft. of torque. All trims are available with either front-wheel or all-wheel drive. As for efficiency, the 2020 Sportage averages up to 30 highway mpg, 23 city mpg, and 26 combined mpg, depending on individual driving conditions.
