Irish Pubs to Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day Near Garden Grove, CA

Irish Pubs to Check Out Near Garden Grove for St. Patrick’s Day

Recognized as an official feasting day in the early 17th century, St. Patrick’s Day is coming up quickly in just a couple weeks. But are you ready for the occasion? At Garden Grove Kia, we wanted you to have plenty of ideas in case you wanted to celebrate. Here are a few local spots you might want to check out on March 17th, courtesy of our staff:

Providing service to the community for over 35 years, Silky Sullivan’s is a great place for St. Patrick’s Day festivities just outside of Garden Grove. With live music and late-night eats, it’s a good spot to be. They also feature a “Silky’s 7 Days of St. Patrick’s,” which features a list of bands, entertainment, and specials leading up to the big day.

Blarney Stone

Like Silky Sullivan’s, the Blarney Stone is an Irish-themed pub that features live music, karaoke, and happy hour specials in Fountain Valley. On St. Patrick’s Day, the pub opens at 7:00 am and will feature bagpipes, live bands, and plenty of fun throughout the day.

Fitzgerald’s Irish Pub

Found in Huntington beach, Fitzgerald’s Irish Pub is a major spot to check out. Though it’s a little further out than other spots, it has space and a full list of events to check out. One of the main staples on St. Patrick’s Day is their Corned Beef and Cabbage that patrons can’t get enough of.

The Irishman

Another major spot in Huntington Beach is “The Irishman,” an authentic experience for those looking for a more laid-back experience. Located just off Main Street, they feature a quieter atmosphere and merchandise to buy once you’re hooked on the place. Though they don’t have a kitchen, they have shepherd’s pie or meat pies to eat alongside your cool Guinness or premium authentic Irish Whiskey.

These are just a handful of suggestions in the area you can try out for St. Patrick’s Day. But any way you celebrate, we at Garden Grove Kia hope you stay safe and have a fantastic day regardless of what you plan!
